Booking and Cancellation Conditions

No Charter is confirmed until such time as a 50% deposit has been received. The balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the charter departure date.

1 Night Charter may go only as far as either Antelope or Zebra
2 Night Charter may go only as far as Nyodza/Palm Bay or as above
3 Night Charter may go only as far as Palm Bay/Sanyati West
4 Night Charter may go only as far as Gordan's Bay
5 Night Charter may go only as far as Elephant Point
6 Night Charter may go only as far as Umi River

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations 61 days or more before departure date - forfeit 25% of full rate
Cancellations 31 days to 60 days before departure date - forfeit 50% of full rate
30 days or less before departure date - No refund
No shows - No refund
